'Doing the right thing' is at the core of what we do, so it's no surprise that we strive to be as sustainable as we can, from our recipes and choice of packaging, to our practices and supply chain. We have come a long way and still have further to go, working with our partners to improve and implement everything we have learnt we will continue our sustainability journey

Sustainable and healthy catering

When it comes to sourcing, we are committed to sustainably cultivated ingredients. We purchase and prepare fresh food directly from local producers as well as food from national supply companies. Our suppliers work world-wide with, farmers, peers, and charities to limit environmental, social and economic global sourcing issues, caused by the impact of the catering industry. We will continue to work with our suppliers and production teams to understand where else we can make a difference, and of course all animal high-welfare standards are met! 
Vegetables/fruits: locally cultivated/organic.
Meat: Organic/certified eco recognised label.
Fish: MSC certified or local equivalent. 
Fairtrade coffee, sugar, bananas.

Eating more plant-based food is a key way we can reduce our carbon footprint, and you told us you wanted more delicious veggie and vegan recipes. Whether you’re 100% plant-based, vegan-ish, or meat-free some days, our mission is to make meat-free food so good that it can be enjoyed by everyone.

Reducing waste and hunger

We realise our responsibilities and have since our inception always tried to reduce waste to a minimum. Where possible we will always take surplus food to shelters and give it to the people who need it most. For some, it’s their only meal of the day. We do it because it’s the right thing to do. We are also keen on working with our partners to recycle as much as possible. Industry partners, charitable organisations, and of course our staff are key to improving waste 
collection and recycling. We will, where possible, work with the local community to 
support those in need of help. By utilizing food banks and local charities we reduce our waste and have a less negative impact on the environment.

SUSTAINABLE PRODUCTION

Make it 100% recyclable, reusable or compostable

We have removed all single-use plastic. Plastic knives, forks, spoons, and drinking straws, single use condiments and bottled water, are not acceptable to us and we are constantly seeking out new solutions to further eliminate plastics. such as using eco-friendly packaging and redistributing food that would be otherwise discarded.

We are growing our own forest!

We have partnered with Ecologi to reduce and offset the impact our business has on the environment. Wherever possible we will reduce the impact of our energy consumption, water usage, food waste and carbon footprint.
